Disney's Party for Game Boy Advance is an interactive board game filled with 30 events and four multiplayer mini-games. Players can choose from characters Mickey, Minnie, Donald, or Daisy while competing in a board game consisting of 12 turns. The action takes place from an isometric perspective as up to four players take turns moving their character around Uncle Scrooge's Party Park, a theme park featuring locales based on the Wild West, the future, and more. The goal is to acquire as much "magic power" as possible to keep the park fully operational, which involves completing action-oriented attractions or landing on specially-marked spaces. At the beginning of each game, players can set the number of days to play (each day spans 12 turns), and select the board's target destination from a roulette wheel. From that point on, each character rolls a die and tries to reach the destination in as few moves as possible. The first character to reach the attraction gets to play a side-scrolling platform game that involves picking up and tossing bombs at enemies. Successfully completing the attraction earns players magic power, and play then resumes with a new destination. During each turn, players can improve their chances of winning by purchasing helpful items or having "pets" instantly change certain in-game parameters.
