1) What BuyMap is

BuyMap is a search and comparison tool for eBay listings. We organize results, show filters, and estimate totals.

We don't sell eBay items or handle eBay transactions — all purchases happen on eBay under their rules.

We only process payments for BuyMap subscriptions through Stripe.

2) Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 to buy a paid subscription.
• Keep your account secure; don't share credentials.
• You're responsible for activity on your account.

3) Plans, limits, and fair use

• Free and paid plans may include daily request limits.
• We may apply reasonable safeguards (rate‑limits, abuse detection) to keep the service stable for everyone.
• No automation/scraping/bots without our written permission.

4) Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans renew monthly until you cancel.
• Billing is handled by Stripe.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until the period ends.
• Refunds: fees are generally non‑refundable except where the law requires or at our discretion.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice.

5) eBay connection & content

• Connecting an eBay account (OAuth) is optional and can be revoked at any time.
• eBay content (listings, images, logos) is owned by eBay and the sellers. Accuracy, availability, and prices can change—always verify on eBay.
• We may use eBay partner links and earn commissions; this doesn't affect your price on eBay.

6) Prohibited uses

Don't:

• Bypass limits or attempt to overload the service
• Use bots/scrapers or mine data at scale
• Probe or disrupt our systems
• Use BuyMap for unlawful activity or to violate third‑party rights

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

7) Termination

• You can delete your account anytime; some records may remain as required by law (e.g., billing).
• We may suspend/terminate for violations, fraud/abuse, non‑payment, legal requirements, or service discontinuation.

8) Disclaimers & liability

• BuyMap is provided "as is" and "as available."
• We don't guarantee uninterrupted service or the accuracy of third‑party data.
• To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

9) Intellectual property

• BuyMap's name, branding, UI, and code are our property.
• You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our service or trademarks without permission.

10) Disputes

• First, contact us to try an informal resolution.
• If unresolved, disputes will be handled under applicable law and venue we specify unless your local law requires otherwise. Class actions are waived where lawful.

11) Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use means you accept the latest version.
