Description

Wave Race is a personal watercraft racing game featuring eight courses in two distinct events: circuit and slalom. The action is viewed from an overhead perspective against three opponents. The circuit event consists of 18 races in total: four on the 550cc, six on the 650cc, and eight on the 800cc. The more powerful the engine, the more difficult it is to turn and react to the twisting courses. Slalom races are structured similarly to those found in the circuit, only you'll have the added challenge of steering your watercraft through gates marked by buoys. In both events, you can use turbo boosts and ramps to outmaneuver the competition. Learn the ins-and-outs of each course by entering a practice session, or challenge up to three friends simultaneously with the handheld's four-player adapter.
