Description
A sequel to 1990's The Amazing Spider-Man, Spider-Man 2 for Game Boy is a side-scrolling platform game with plenty of combat. Players control Spider-Man as he moves through city streets and abandoned warehouses, taking on bellicose thugs and tough criminal bosses such as Mysterio, Hobgoblin, and the Lizard. When danger is near, Spider-Man's spider sense tingles, represented by wiggling lines around the character's head. As he battles through the levels, Spider-Man must collect key items to overcome obstacles. The plot of the game, which advances through scenes between levels, involves Spider-Man being falsely accused of a bank robbery.
