Record Breaker includes an updated version of the original Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor 2 as well as an entirely new scenario. The new story takes place immediately after Devil Survivor 2, when un unexplained catastrophe devastates Japan, leading to an influx of demons, an invasion of three mysterious and powerful Triangulum, and a rise to power of the secret government agency JP's. Gamers work as one of 13 demon tamers who must form bonds party members and collect, customize, and fuse with demons to improve their chances of success as they fend off the invaders. Players can begin their adventure with the new scenario, or they can go back to the beginning of the original game and experience it all with new controls, new difficulty settings, a new character, and fully voiced dialogue.
