In Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons, gamers take control of two adolescent boys as they go on a puzzle-filled journey through fantastic and fairytale-like environments on a quest to help save their dying father. Players control both characters at the same time, using the left stick and one shoulder button to guide the older, stronger boy, and the right stick and a shoulder button to control the younger, more nimble brother. The action finds players platforming and solving basic physics puzzles through increasingly strange environments, with the game's story slowly unfolding through visual cues.
