Mascots from Nintendo and Sega meet once again to compete in a variety of events in Mario & Sonic at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games. Up to four players can join in the action as they guide popular characters like Bowser, Yoshi, Shadow, and Knuckles through 14 different events, including BMX, archery, rugby, and golf. Gamers can train their Mii characters and dress them in interesting costumes, search Rio for missing medals, or take on new Plus Events that add elements from the Sonic and Mario universes to traditional athletic events.
