Description

Another in a long-running series of Contra games, C: The Contra Adventure takes place in the jungles of South America. A meteor from outer space has landed near a Mayan temple, killing hundreds of natives and destroying acres and acres of crops. The once placid temple is now occupied by aliens. Contra Force member Tanya has been sent in for advance intelligence, but she's missing in action. As Ray, former member of the elite Contra Force, you must come out of retirement and battle these forces alone. Although equipped with a huge arsenal of weapons of destruction, including a shatter gun, grenades, rockets, super bombs, and an ever-present machine gun, Ray will have his hands full combating hoards of enemies such as snipers, alien soldiers, tanks, UFOs, and spiked slugs in nine levels of running, jumping, climbing, and shooting 2D and 3D action.
