Pilotwings 64 (Nintendo 64, 1996) - European Version

Product Specs
Description
Pilotwings 64 is the 64-bit sequel to Shigeru Miyamoto's classic Super NES flight simulation game. Like the original, you must master different vehicles and reach certain goals to achieve flight licenses. The main objective in Pilotwings 64 is to attain a bronze or better for all three vehicles per class. For each flight you take, you are rated on a scale of 1 to 100 in such categories as accuracy, time, and angle. Three main vehicles and four bonus vehicles are at your command. The hang glider and rocket belt from the previous game are joined by the all-new gyrocopter. Bonus vehicles include human cannonball, skydiving, "jumble hopper," and "birdman." The gyrocopter replaces the original game's light plane, while the skydiving portion is no longer a main event. Pilotwings 64 includes a built-in EEPROM chip to save the progress of two games. You can also take (and save) a limited number of "pictures" while playing, reminding you of the places you've visited while soaring through the air.
