NBA Jam Extreme (Sega Saturn, 1996)

Product Specs
Description
NBA Jam Extreme is the follow up to NBA Jam and NBA Jam T.E. for the Sega Saturn. It features all of the standard NBA Jam fare, including two-on-two action, superhuman dunks, power-ups, hidden characters, special teams, and secret options. A couple of the new dunks include across-the-court power slams and sideline windmills. Additionally, the commentary is provided by Marv Albert. With a multiplayer adapter four players can hit the court at the same time. While each team only has two players on the court at any one time, they have a roster of five. Substitutions will need to be made as players take a constant beating and will need to rest. The beatings come from the fact that there are no rules. Players can push each other to the ground as they attempt to steal the ball. Also nonexistent are out-of-bounds calls resulting in non-stop action until someone calls a timeout or a quarter ends.
