Description
You play the part of Pepperouchau, a windup toy knight. At night you come alive, as do all of the world's toys. On this night Princess Chelsea is kidnapped and you must save her. It is the words of Princess Chelsea that bring the toys to life each night at midnight and if she is not rescued then all of the toys will fall asleep at dawn and never awake again. Thus, you must free Princess Chelsea before the sun rises. Battle all kinds of toys that have also come to life this night, including robots, trains, jack-in-the-boxes, and many others. Clockwork Knight contains eight levels with a total of five boss characters. Only one touch from any enemy will kill you. While you begin the game with three lives, you can change that number to six at the options screen. To help you survive, a number of power-ups exist while keys and helmets are scattered throughout the levels in order to provide extra lives. The other two types of power-ups are time bonuses and Pa Zur spheres. Pa Zur spheres make Pepperouchau invincible for a limited amount of time.
