You are a pilot during the war whose mission is simple: destroy all the enemy planes in over 30 stages of machine gun mayhem while trying to keep yourself alive. When the going gets tough, use your barrel-roll maneuver to get out of harm's way for a few seconds. Decimate the enemy and collect power-ups that give you an increased rate of fire, a wider shot, or even up to two fellow fighters who will protect you from danger while giving you some cover fire to boot. Play in Single-Player mode or alternate with a friend to see who can get the highest score. 1942 is an intense blast-fest that challenges your reflexes and your skills!
