Assume the role of doctor Mario who lines up pills to destroy viruses, similar to the Tetris. When four or more matching colors are arranged vertically or horizontally they are cleared. Keep the virus from spreading or else the pills will crowd the bottle and the game is over. Complete each level by ensuring the bottle does not fill up and enhancing your Dr., Mario skills along the way.
