It's time again to lace 'em up and hit the asphalt, as the third installment in the popular arcade-style basketball series comes to GameCube. NBA Street Vol. 3 features the same over-the-top gameplay as its predecessors and returns the competition to favorite courts such as "The Cage," "Rucker Park," and to new locations like "Venice Beach." Gamers will be able to perform gravity-defying moves with legends from the NBA's storied past, today's flashy stars, and colorful, fictional characters from prior NBA Street titles. Create-a-Baller mode returns, allowing players to create their own athletes, and gamers also have the ability to create a custom basketball court from scratch. Though the GameCube version of NBA Street Vol. 3 does not support the online multiplayer features of its PS2 and Xbox counterparts, Nintendo philes enjoy the exclusive appearance of additional famous characters like Mario and Princess Peach, who are ready to show they've got the skills to play alongside the biggest and baddest that the NBA has to offer.
