Combine epic fantasy with side-scrolling action, all while building your own world with ActRaiser for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. Combat the forces of evil as the god-like The Master by gathering a population of dedicated followers to do your bidding. This single-player game allows gamers to play in two distinct genres. The first has players control a warrior that combats enemies using his sword and magic attacks. The second style of gameplay has players construct their empire by clearing out deserts and swamps while having servants defeat monsters. When the population of the empire grows, the population can easily thwart off the monsters and live in harmony.
