Description

Based on the children's seek-and-find book series, The Great Waldo Search for NES has eagle-eyed sleuths hunting for the bespectacled protagonist through a series of fantasy-based environments. It seems a wizard has misplaced five magical scrolls, so Waldo and his loyal dog, Woof, agree to help him. Search high and low for Waldo and the missing scrolls before time expires on each stage. Also hidden within the environment are clocks to extend your time, banners for extra points, and Woof, who will take you to a side-scrolling bonus stage. The object in the bonus stage is to collect as many bones as possible while riding on a magic carpet. The more bones you collect, the higher your score. Complete four scenes on a choice of two difficulty settings to unlock the "Super Waldo Challenge," which features a scene filled with Waldos. Your task is to find the one with a missing shoe.
