Chicken Shoot (Nintendo Game Boy Advance, 2005)

Product Specs
Description
Chicken Shoot is a carnival-style shooting gallery with chickens as the primary target. Played from a first-person perspective, the game has prospective hunters gunning for as many cluckers as possible before the flock fowls up local farms. Each animated chicken is worth a varying amount of points depending on its relative location, and the goal is simply to score as many points as possible before the game ends. As players aim their crosshair target across the screen, the playfield will automatically scroll up, down, left, or right to show more of the environment. Two modes of play include arcade and classic. The former involves advancing through a series of themed levels while trying to eliminate a specific number of chickens flying the coop, while the latter introduces a time limit. Chickens fly at different intervals and speeds across the screen, and some will fire eggs that can be shot down for points. Bonus points are also earned by shooting certain objects within each interactive background. Once players run out of ammo in the single-player game, they can compete with up to three other friends via Game Link Cable.
