Despite its lack of a professional soccer license, Super Soccer is a realistic simulation with teams from different countries varying in three categories: attack strength, defensive strength, and running speed. The game uses a variety of camera angles, rock solid graphics, smooth scrolling (enhanced by Mode 7 effects), and fast gameplay to absorb players into the immersive, highly enjoyable gameplay. Before each half, players can choose either automatic or manual goalie control and can select from eight different formations, giving added versatility to the all around super soccer experience.
