The long-running Bust-A-Move series pops onto another platform with Bust-A-Move Deluxe for PSP. Six new characters join Taito's classic dinosaurs Bob and Bub as they compete against one another in an assortment of game types. While the original game is still available, where players create color matches of three or more by launching single bubbles toward an arrangement of colored bubbles, a number of new twists have floated in. The biggest addition is the Ghost Mode, which challenges players to advance through spooky settings that alter the way the game is played. Seesaw, for example, has the playing field rocking back and forth as players try to clear the stage as quickly as possible. Blind replaces the colored bubbles with question marks, requiring trial and error methods to figure out which is which. Mix 'Em Up presents a continuously changing playing field that has the bubbles changing from one color to the next, while Running Launcher finds the bubble launcher automatically moving left and right. The game includes over 1000 puzzles to complete and wireless support for versus competition against a friend.
