RoboCop 3 (Super Nintendo, 1992)

Product Specs
Description
When officer Murphy died while on duty in the action film RoboCop, the remains of his corpse were turned into a super cyborg by OPC, the corporation that now runs the police department. You get to control this robot with a soul in RoboCop 3 for the Super NES. It seems that helpless families are being forced from their homes by OPC Rehab Officers intent on converting Old Detroit into an oppressive metropolis called Delta City. Duty calls and RoboCop joins the resistance movement to wage war against the Rehabs. Armed with smart bombs, a laser gun, a missile launcher, and a large-bore cannon, RoboCop must walk, jump, punch, and shoot his way through a plethora of relentless Splatterpunks, Ninja Robots, tanks and bikers. At times he will don a gyropack which enables him to fly. Based on the 1993 film starring Robert John Burke (Peter Weller sat this one out), Nancy Allen and Rip Torn, RoboCop 3 takes place in crumbling sewers, at an abandoned church, in OPC headquarters, and on the mean streets of Detroit.
