Michelangelo, Raphael, Donatello, and Leonardo return for another turtle-tussling trip, this time through Shredder's well-guarded fortress in Radical Rescue. Reporter April O'Neil has been abducted yet again, and the brothers must battle through five sprawling areas in Shredder's fortress to rescue her. You'll begin the game as Michelangelo, who must rescue each of his brothers before the fearsome foursome can be used in subsequent stages. In addition to the turtle's trademark weapon, each hero has a distinct special ability. Michelangelo hovers in the air by twirling his nunchakus, Leonardo smashes through barriers, Raphael tucks into his shell to squeeze through narrow areas, and Donatello scales walls. Each area spans multiple rooms, for a total of 80 regions to conquer from start to finish. Avoid mines, spikes, lasers, flame jets, and other traps while battling enemies and grabbing pizzas and hearts to replenish health. A password save feature lets you resume progress from the last completed room.
