An evil witch has done the unthinkable: she has turned Crystal's fellow pony friends into magic jewels! Now Crystal must gallop through seven levels in order to figure out a way to free her pals from captivity. This means solving some puzzles with the help of a few friendly animals and collecting horseshoes so Crystal can access new areas. Some of these areas include a forest, farm, meadow, mountain range and underground caverns. Once players reveal the locations of all seven jewels, they will then have to travel back through each level to reverse the spell! Don't worry, animals will provide clues along the way via thought bubbles, showing the approximate area where a jewel can be transformed into a pony. After the seven ponies are freed from their jewels, Crystal can finally walk atop the clouds to reach her castle in the sky! Crystal's Pony Tale is part of the Sega Club line of games designed specifically for younger children. Options include listening to the game's classical songs as well as adjusting the colors of Crystal's body, mane and tail. Parents take note: the title is recommended for players between the ages of four to seven.
