Pirates don't get much badder than Bernardo. Not only is he after the Emeralda, a gem so powerful that he who possesses it can rule the world, but he's also kidnapped Tide and Bridget, the first mate and girlfriend of an adventurous sailor named Havoc. This has got to change. In High Seas Havoc, it's up to you as Havoc to stop Bernardo and his henchman and save your girlfriend, your first mate and the world. As you move through each screen, you'll have to take out any enemies that get in your way by either stepping on them or whacking them in the middle of a jump. Along the way, you'll pick up gems, earning an extra life for every 100 you collect. Also, every treasure chest you open nets you additional gems, points or food to replenish your life meter. Each swashbuckling stage concludes with a boss which Havoc must defeat in order to advance. Can he defeat them all and save everything dear to him? It's all up to you.
