Description

Spec Ops: Ranger Elite is a tactical shooter with an emphasis on strategy. As in earlier releases in the Spec Ops series, players take control of two operatives from a small group of highly trained Army Rangers. Each member of the group has a specialty, so choosing the best duo for a given mission is an important factor of success. Players guide the characters though 3D-rendered environments from a third-person perspective. Single players take the role of one soldier while the computer guides the other. In the two-player mode, a split-screen allows each player-controlled character to attempt to accomplish his mission goals more independently. The Ranger Elite team travels around the globe in this adventure, taking out smugglers and terrorists in several real-world locations.
