World Bowling (Nintendo Game Boy, 1990)

Product Specs
Description
Using the scoring rules of standard bowling, World Bowling brings America's favorite blue collar sport to the Nintendo Game Boy. The action takes place in six different countries: England, China, Japan, Canada, France, and the U.S. Each lane has different characteristics, such as tracks that are worn into the wood. You can choose between a male and female bowler, and you can select the weight of the ball, with a minimum of 7 pounds and a maximum of 15. The two bowlers have basically the same skills, except the male is a right-hander and the female is a south paw. After deciding where to line up at the front of the lane, you can control the hook of the ball and how hard you wish to throw it. The viewpoint of the game is from behind and a little bit above the bowler.
