Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (Taito) (Nintendo Entertainment System, 1991)

Product Specs
Description
One of two NES games based on the 1989 film, Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade has good music, decent graphics, nice cut-scenes and a branching storyline that closely follows the movie. The only thing missing is actual gameplay. Although you get to ride on a motorcycle, solve puzzles, explore castles and beat up thugs, each of these concepts is poorly handled. Indy moves at a snail's pace in the platforming levels, and fighting is much more difficult than it should be. The overall quality of the presentation is notable, but there's no real substance to back it up.
