When Puss N' Boots (otherwise known as Pero) saved the life of a mouse in the swine Count Gruemon's castle, he had no idea what trouble awaited him. So mad was Count Gruemon that Pero was, with the help of the scientist wolf Dr. Gari-gari, sent back in time. To further complicate matters, the Cat Kingdom has sent Killers after Pero for violating Cat Kingdom Law by helping the mouse. Now the feline must fight his way to Count Gruemon and Dr. Gari-gari before they head back to present day without him. In Puss N Boots: Pero's Great Adventure, you'll use planes, cars, ships, and submarines in addition to your own pawed feet to battle your way through seven action-packed stages. Also at your disposal will be such weapons as missiles, pistols, machine guns, bombs, torpedoes, and boomerangs as you dispose of the Killers and your other antagonists. A boss will confront you at the end of each level. Defeat them all for a showdown with Count Gruemon and Dr. Gari-gari in New York, the game's final stage.
