Lying back one night, you are awakened by a haunting vision. A child you do not know, Hiroshi, is in danger. The evil monster Doras is in pursuit of him. As the green-clad, insectoid superhero Rider Zo (also known as the Masked Rider), it is your duty to protect him. The Masked Rider - Kamen Rider ZO puts you in control of an interactive movie. As either Rider ZO or Hiroshi (depending on the scene), you will be presented with on-screen instructions influencing the action that unfolds. For example, if you see an arrow pointed downward, you must point the D-pad down. If you see a flashing "A," you'd better press the A button. Failure to execute the proper commands will result in your life meter going down. When your life meter is depleted, the game is over. The pursuit of Doras is incessant, and his motives are unclear. It's up to you to save Hiroshi and find out what Doras wants.
