The second installment in console gaming's first serial roleplaying game continues the concept of playing only part of the whole storyline (which takes between two and three hours), then wait till the release of the next game. Players can also download new data, such as rare weapons and items via Capcom's download service. The game features isometric map graphics, sprite-based enemy characters, a turn-based battle system, plenty of dungeon crawling, and magic involving six elements: fire, ice, leave, light and life. Released only in Japan.
