Flipull (Nintendo Game Boy, 1990)

Product Specs
Description
In Flipull you control a little guy that runs up and down a ladder of sorts that is situated on the right side of the screen. Your job is to maneuver a block into position and then throw it at a pile of blocks situated on the left side of the screen, hopefully connecting it with a block of matching design (there are four designs in all). You must do this again and again until you have cleared out all of the blocks. If the timer runs out before you have completed your task, or if you get blocked in, the game is over. You can throw the blocks directly or bounce them off of walls. In some of the more difficult of the 50 levels in this game, pipes will appear on screen. The only way to get a block past a pipe is to bounce the block off of the ceiling into the pipe. If you remove five or more blocks at one time, you are rewarded a Special Block that does not require a match to be removed. If you've got two Game Boys, a Video Link, and two copies of the game, you and a friend can engage in head-to-head block-throwing action.
