Product Specs
Description
General Gus Grover is about to betray his country -- and the world. As the leader of the Metal Command, he plans to take over 2030s Earth with his army of cyborgs. The only hope against this ruthless army is Steve Hermann, who after being granted indestructible cybernetic hands following a near-death experience with a cyborg, is perhaps better known as Shatterhand. In Shatterhand, it's up to you to guide Hermann through seven stages of cyborg destruction. To help him out against these forces, including the bosses that conclude each stage, are power-ups such as health, more power and extra life. Additionally, Shatterhand can pick up alpha-beta icons. Once three of these are collected, he'll have a satellite robot that hovers above his head, delivering additional firepower to his deadly punches. The type of satellite robot depends upon the mix of alpha-beta icons attained. The fate of the world's people rests upon the shoulders of one man. Make them grateful, Shatterhand.
