Get ready for explosive action with Bomberman II for the Nintendo Entertainment System. Released in 1991 by Hudson Softthis is the second in the highly popular 'Bomberman' series of games. In this sequel, the protagonist White Bomberman is thrown in jail after Black Bomberman frames him for a bank robbery. The goal of this puzzle-type game is to plant bombs to eliminate enemies and blocks. Occasionally, a block releases a power-up when destroyed, which ends the level. The player is then able to receive a password by which they return later and play at the level where they left off. There are also multiplayer gaming modes that enable two or three players to battle each other.
