Much like its predecessor, Dungeon Maker II: The Hidden War offers gamers a unique blend of level creation, hack-and-slash action, and RPG-style character building. Set in a land overrun by monsters, players must create their own dungeons in order to lure the beasts underground where they can be killed. Gamers can make use of more than 450 weapons when engaging in real-time battles, and there are over 150 monsters to deal with, each with different strengths and weaknesses. Players can choose from more than 90 different parts when creating a dungeon, and each monster it attracts means the potential for more weapons and treasure. A full campaign spans more than 90 quests, and gamers can fill their customized dungeons with over 700 items. Proud designers can then trade creations with friends to get new ideas, engage in more action, or just show off.
