Description

Relive Oklahoma's 2000 championship season or rewrite history to take FSU to ultimate victory. NCAA Football 2002 allows fans a chance to lead any of 114 real-life Division 1-A and 1-AA NCAA teams to one of 26 bowl games, including the Rose Bowl. Follow the teams' BCS rankings and track individual player statistics. Build a dynasty that spans several seasons. Of course, one-time exhibition games and fantasy match-ups are also available, and the game's "Campus Cards" rewards system allows gamers to unlock special features. As in previous versions, the gameplay mechanics of NCAA Football 2002 are similar to those of the popular Madden NFL series, though playbooks, uniforms, stadiums, and animations have been designed to be accurate to the collegiate game, and designers at EA SPORTS have made graphical improvements over the PlayStation 2's original Madden NFL 2001. NCAA Football 2002 games are called by Brad Nessler with color from Lee Corso and Kirk Herbstreit.
