Description

Known as Nobunaga and his Ninja Force in Japan, Robo Aleste puts players in control of a samurai power suit that has the ability to fly. An evil force has swept through a futuristic Japan and ravaged the lands leaving a path of death and destruction behind. Eight levels of play will take players through such locations as old Japan, a mysterious cave, and into the skies to battle a space cruiser. At the end of each level players face off against bosses with weapons such as flame throwers, turrets, lightning, and tornadoes. As the game progresses cut-scenes will occur in order to shed some more light on the story. Power-ups come in the form of ships that must me grabbed. Weapons that can be added include lasers, m-bombs, shields, and shurikens.
