Description

Super Putty is a silly, brightly colored, musically fun game in which players control a ball of putty who can bounce, form into fists, squiggle along the ground, inflate himself, and absorb enemies (ala Kirby) and items. He can also mold himself into the shapes of other creatures throughout the game's six enemy- and power-up-filled, multi-level worlds. Controls are tricky, there are lots of narrow ledges, and the enemies can be tough to avoid, but gameplay is enjoyable, and the light puzzle elements are easy to get through. The basic objective is to free the putty people by transporting Bots, which are scattered throughout the levels, to safe areas. Unlike most platformers of this type, Super Putty scrolls vertically instead of horizontally.
