Inspired by the cinematic sensation of years gone by, Attack of the Movies 3-D presents science fiction and fantasy adventures with two-tone three-dimensional effects. The game comes with four sets of glasses, which create a sensation of depth when used to view the onscreen action. The game is split into six scenarios, each based on a different 1950s-style action film theme, such as giant insects and robot attacks. Players can access three different weapons in each scenario, specific to the movie theme. Shotguns are on hand to blast away brain-eating zombies in the horror-themed level, for example, and alien-zapping lasers come in to play in the sci-fi scenario. Up to four can compete for the high score as they battle enemies together in the game's cooperative multiplayer mode.
