Monster 4x4: Masters of Metal has players racing the goliath trucks across the Louisiana bayous, up California cliffs, and other scenic locales filled with mud, trees, and rocky roads. This is not just a picturesque trip, however, as players will be competing against a field of aggressive drivers looking to win at all costs. The game consists of 30 different events, including off-road circuit races where players win cash used to purchase new vehicles or to upgrade existing rides, stadium circuits taking place indoors, and exhibition races held within arenas. A total of 50 monster trucks are available to race and acquire, including such popular models as Grave Digger, Madusa, Spiderman, Wolverine, El Toro, and Bulldozer. Monster 4x4 was originally titled "Monster Jam 2."
