Yogi Bear: Great Balloon Blast is a puzzle game featuring the famous Hanna-Barbera cartoon characters from Jellystone Park. The game was developed by Taito, the same company that created Pop 'n Pop, and the action and gameplay in Yogi Bear: Great Balloon Blast are reminiscent of that Japanese title. The action takes place beneath a sky filled with colorful balloons. The player guides the chosen character back and forth across the bottom of the screen, sending balloons of different colors up to match the balloon in the sky. When three balloons of the same color are aligned, all three disappear, leaving room for more balloons and adding to the player's score. Players can choose to play as Yogi, Boo-Boo, or Cindy Bear. The game supports a link cable connection for head-to-head play against a friend.
