Building upon the 1996 Adidas Power Soccer release, the '98 edition features 350 new motion-captured animations and over 60 special moves, such as bicycle kicks and diving headers. There are four camera angles to view the action from, 34 stadiums to compete in, and four modes of play: Match, Practice, Tournament, and Season. Users can choose from 427 international and club teams consisting of 10,000 players with their real-life attributes. The PlayStation Multi-Tap adapter (sold separately) is supported allowing up to four players to join a game.
