Description
E.C. Segar's famous cartoon sailor joins his friends and rivals as they race together to defeat the evil Sea Hag, in this game from the GBA specialists at France's Magic Pockets studio. Players take the role of Popeye, Olive Oyl, Bluto, or Wimpy to speed through side-scrolling platform levels on foot, riding a pogo stick, in a motorized buggy, on a skateboard, or via other sundry means of transportation. The nefarious witch has stolen the world's supply of spinach, and characters must zip through seven levels to catch her in time to take it back. Along with the single-player story mode, two-player racing is also supported.
