Spindizzy Worlds (Super Nintendo Entertainment System, 1993)

Product Specs
Description
Originally designed for computer platforms, Spindizzy Worlds makes its Super NES debut courtesy of ASCII Entertainment. Gameplay is similar to Marble Madness, only you control a spinning top, referred to as a "Geographic Environmental Reconnaissance and Land-mapping Device," or G.E.R.A.L.D. for short. The action is viewed from an isometric perspective as you weave your way through maze-like stages, trying to avoid falling off ledges or making contact with spikes, lava, aliens, and falling boulders. Scoot up ramps, open gates, and activate switches to collect crystals found scattered throughout each stage. Collecting all of a stage's crystals will replenish your energy and advance you to new planets on your intergalactic journey.
