When Melvin Junko accidentally found himself in a vat of Grossolium 90, his days of nerdiness were over. The incident changed him into a superhero known to the world as Toxie. With his new super-strength and incredible size, Toxie decided to join a league of similar heroes called the Toxic Crusaders. In Toxic Crusaders, you take control of Toxie as he tries to save his friends and his girlfriend, Yvonne, from the evil Dr. Killemoff and the Radiation Rangers. Through each of the six sludge, goop, slime, and grime filled levels you'll have to fight off Dr. Killemoff's legions and avoid the treacherous obstacles in your way. At the end of each level, Toxie must defeat an ultra-powerful henchman. Toxie uses his fists and his mop to ward off the enemies. Picking up power-ups will enable your mop power to increase so that you can shoot projectiles from it or use it as a boomerang. So whip out that cleaning instrument. It's time to hit the streets of Tromaville and free the Toxic Crusaders.
