THQ's entry in the animal-rearing genre features an assortment of 3D puppies and kittens to groom, play with, and train. Eight breeds include Huskies, Dalmatians, Maine Coons, Siamese, and more. Stylus-driven activities involve giving baths, petting coats, going on walks, and feeding tasty treats. Players are encouraged to train their animal so it can compete in various obedience and agility shows. Pets can be taught to sit, stand, stay, shake paws, and perform other tricks via stylus or microphone. Each animal's health, cleanliness, happiness, and skill levels are monitored throughout activities, offering players open-ended goals to accomplish each time they visit their canine companion or feline friend. In addition to completing "quests" on one of four maps, players can participate in games of Frisbee, fetch, and hide-and-seek for some lighthearted fun.
