This Game Boy Advance interpretation of the famously popular anime series comes in the form of a 2D fighting game with a twist. True to the television show, character are imbued with amazing powers which they can access at key times, and as much of the brawling occurs in mid-air as on the ground. Players choose to fight as one of 15 available Dragon Ball Z characters, which can be custom-improved as they win their way up the tournament ladders. Ultimate success unlocks new secret endings and alternate DBZ storylines. Two Dragon Ball Z: Supersonic Warriors players can join up for tag-team matches through a link cable connection.
