The weapons of Norse gods Odin, Thor and Frey have been stolen by Loki. But Frey foresaw this dawning of the Age of Ragnarok (the Norse equivalent to Armageddon) and created the perfect Viking to help the good gods in their battle against Loki and his evil fiends. This Viking's name was Heimdall. As Heimdall, there are two parts to fulfilling your duty to the gods that created you. First, you must participate in a series of tests (axe throwing, pig wrestling and boat fighting) to measure your worthiness. The better your performance, the better your crew will be when you set out on your adventure to retrieve the weapons. Retrieving these weapons comprises the second part of this game, which takes up the vast majority of it. Voyage to many separate islands, each with their own traps and challenges that will test your mind as well as your muscle. Along the way, pick up items, gain experience points, acquire gold and fight the forces of evil. The Age of Ragnarok is upon us. Good must triumph, and Heimdall is its only hope.
