Polaris SnoCross (Nintendo Game Boy Color, 2000)

Product Specs
Description
Your motivation in this game is simple. For a long time now you've watched and admired the greats of the snowmobile racing circuit. Their exemplary performances under all kinds of conditions have spurred you into wanting to compete on their level as well. Just a few days ago, you were cleared for amateur certification, and now is your chance to see how you'll match up against the big boys. Polaris SnoCross offers a total of ten SnoCross tracks. Using a viewpoint high above the ground, the game features a traditional oval design, a harrowing roller coaster inspired track, and two cross country circuit courses to keep your fingers nimble. You'll compete against two other racers as you tear around these tracks. Winning races in the tournament will earn you points to improve the performance of your snowmobile. You start out with three points to allocate between the three attributes on your machine. You can put them all in one category if you just need something like a high top speed, or divide them up equally to get a balanced machine. It's your call. Polaris SnoCross supports the link cable for head to head play against one of your buddies, and it's a Game Boy Color only title. Additionally, it has a built in rumble feature for those that like to feel their bumps while racing.
