Long ago in a strange world full of magic and mystery, there was a sword of unlimited power called Warsong. The Baltia family realized that this magical sword was so powerful that it could destroy the world if it were to fall into the wrong hands. This family sealed it away where it could cause no harm. The evil emperor Pythion knew of Warsong and its vaunted powers, and he declared war on Baltia when they refused to relinquish it to him. Thus sets the stage for Warsong, a war simulation role-playing game. In this game it is your mission to choose commanders, assign soldiers, deploy troops, prepare for battle, and command your army. Each of the twenty combat scenarios has different conditions for winning and losing. Before beginning a campaign, it is recommended that you study the conditions of victory, the elements of the terrain, and the abilities of the armies.
