Sports Illustrated Championship Football & Baseball (Nintendo Game Boy)

Product Specs
Description
The nation's most popular sports magazine offers hands-on renditions of the nation's two most popular sports in a single cartridge release. Players can take to the field for a spirited run around the bases or a hard-hitting battle on the gridiron. The point-of-view varies depending on the player's current position, with a behind the back perspective for pitching in baseball, for example, and a side-on view of the field when running a play in football. Neither football nor baseball features the real-life players or branding from its presiding pro league (NFL and MLB respectively), but both are presented with plenty of Sports Illustrated-style fanfare, and both follow the familiar rules of their sports. Two game pak-equipped Game Boy players can compete head-to-head in either game, through a Game Link Cable connection.
