Walt Disney's The Jungle Book is a multi-genre adventure following the storyline of the 1967 animated classic. As young Mowgli, raised by wolves since birth, players must journey across six worlds in an attempt to return the man-cub to the human world. Players will visit a jungle, savannah, swamp, King Louie's Temple, and more as they earn experience points by completing various activities. One puzzle game, for instance, has players forming various patterns of fruit to match a template appearing in the upper left hand corner of the screen. Players manipulate the fruit while a timer gradually ticks away; if the puzzle isn't completed within the time limit, the activity is over. Mowgli must also face a series of jungle bosses along the way, which are presented in a series of mini-games. Players can unlock animated scenes from the film after competing each level, and photos of Mowgli's friends can be viewed in a special Gallery Mode by finding hidden statues in each area. Among the characters players will encounter are Baloo, Bagheera, Kaa, King Louie, and Shere Khan.
